Terms of Service

This Terms of Service document outlines the legal agreement governing the relationship between MB RetPix and its clients. By using the services provided by MB RetPix, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. This agreement serves as a binding contract between the service provider (MB RetPix) and you (the client). It is essential that you carefully read all sections of this document before proceeding. Any breach of these terms will result in the termination of the contract, and you will assume full responsibility for any violations. MB RetPix will not be held liable for disputes arising from such breaches.

Please note the following:

1. Services Provided by MB RetPix

MB RetPix specializes in professional photo editing services, utilizing Adobe Photoshop and advanced graphic design tools and techniques. Our offerings include a wide range of services, such as photo retouching, jewelry retouching, real estate photo editing, eCommerce photo editing, ghost mannequin effects, photo cutouts, creative graphic design, video editing, and photography.

2. Quote & Order

If you'd like to receive a free quote for our services, simply fill out and submit a form. We will provide a quotation based on the quantity of images, complexity of retouching, and delivery time.

Your quote will be provided in Euro (€) as part of your “Get a Quote” request. If needed, you can also request the quotation in your local currency.

Once you receive a quote, an account will be automatically created for you in our Portal. Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the quoted sample and the actual order images, the pricing may be adjusted.

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial for anyone needing post-processing for a few or many images. You can test the first image at no charge across all our services.

The free trial includes basic services such as photo retouching, recoloring, clipping path, background removal, teeth enhancement, skin retouching, jewelry retouching, exposure adjustment, image masking, wrinkle removal, object removal, and other simple retouching tasks. Please note that complex instructions or high-end editing services are not included in the free trial. For complex projects or bulk images, please contact us directly.

To avail of the free trial, provide the following information: Full Name, E-mail, Phone, Country, the Service required (e.g., Photo Retouching, Jewelry Retouching, Real Estate Photo Editing, eCommerce Photo Editing, Ghost Mannequin, Photo Cutout, Creative Graphic Design), Total Images in the Project, and Instructions. Once your details are verified, we will begin processing your image for the free trial.

If you use our free trial service, an account will be automatically created for you in our Portal.

4. Process of Order using MB RetPix Portal

All orders must be submitted through our web portal. The entire process, including placing orders, uploading images, making payments, and downloading completed images, will be managed within the portal. We will edit the images according to your instructions and ensure timely delivery. Completed images can be provided via FTP, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other method you prefer.

5. Use MB RetPix Portal Account

To simplify order processing, we have developed a dedicated Portal. Through your Portal account, you can easily create orders, provide image editing instructions, make secure payments, and upload or download images. Additionally, you can access your Order History, Completed Orders, Unpaid Invoices, Total Amount Due, Latest Orders, and Latest Invoices.

6. Image Submission Terms

To ensure quality service, we adhere to specific terms for image submissions. By submitting images, you agree NOT to upload or send any of the following materials through our services:

MB RetPix is not responsible for the content of images provided by clients. We reserve the right to:

  1. Move, delete, or edit any submission.
  2. Take appropriate action against misuse of our services.

We offer a one-month image backup. After this period, we are not responsible for any deleted data, and any loss after this time cannot be attributed to MB RetPix.

If you submit any content or images that violate copyright laws, cause harm, or result in complaints, you will be solely responsible. MB RetPix is not liable for any claims arising from such submissions, and you will be required to indemnify us for any damages, losses, or legal actions resulting from content violations.

In the case of a copyright claim, we reserve the right to suspend the viewing or display of the disputed images until the issue is resolved. If any unlawful activity is associated with a client, we will provide the necessary information to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

7. Turnaround Time

The turnaround time begins once we have received all the images from you, not immediately after you place the order.

Please note that Sunday is our office holiday, and no operations take place on this day. Therefore, if you place an order on Saturday, your images will be delivered on Monday. However, we do offer the option of an additional shift on Sunday for an extra fee. To arrange this, you must contact us before placing your order and agree to pay the overtime charge

Delivery times may be delayed due to natural disasters, regional issues, or national emergencies. We are not liable for any delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances.

8. Pricing

The prices and packages displayed on our website are sample guides indicating the general price range. The final cost for services will be determined based on the complexity of the images, turnaround time, and any rush delivery requests.

You agree to pay an additional processing fee for orders with an invoice amount of (€) 5 or less.

Please note that all standard prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

How We Define Complexity:

Notice: For EU visitors with a valid VAT ID, the 21% VAT will not be applied at the time of order. However, for EU visitors without a VAT ID, the 21% VAT will be applicable on their orders. Visitors from countries outside the EU are not required to pay the 21% VAT.

9. Payment Method

Our prices are listed in Euro (€) on our website, but your invoice will show the amount in your local currency.

For orders from Australia, we use Australian Dollars. For Canadian orders, we use Canadian Dollars, and for the United Kingdom, we use British Pounds.

European countries (including Åland Islands, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Portugal, Reunion, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, San Marino, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, and Vatican City) will be billed in Euros.

Your account currency cannot be changed and will be automatically assigned based on your country.

We use PayPal and Stripe as our payment gateways. Payments can be made via PayPal, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. Note that bank transfers may take 7-10 days to process. We prefer using automated payment gateways for efficiency.

Payment must be completed before we begin processing your order. We do not process any orders without prior payment. Payment can be done in full or partial depending on customer service purchase behavior/regularity.

We do not store your credit or debit card details. Payments are processed through secure payment gateway sites such as PayPal and Stripe, where you will be redirected to complete your payment.

Note: Third-party services like PayPal and Stripe have their own terms and user policies, which you accept when using their services. MB RetPix is not responsible for any third-party actions or policies that may affect your interests during the payment process.

10. Payment via WALLET BALANCE

Introducing Wallet: Your Effortless Payment Solution. Our new Wallet feature is designed to streamline your payment experience. Simply top up your wallet balance to easily pay invoices and use the credit for any future orders. You’ll receive detailed transaction records for your reference, making it easy to track your spending. Checking your balance and adding funds is quick and straightforward. Plus, your wallet balance won’t expire, giving you peace of mind. Please note that Wallet balances are non-refundable and can only be used for services from MB RetPix.

11. Photo Replacement after Order

We do not accept photo replacements once the work process has been started. If you upload the wrong image, we will not edit another photo for free as a replacement. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct images are uploaded.

If you need to replace photos, please contact us directly. Note that once images are in the processing stage, replacements are not allowed.

12. Revision/Redo Policy

We offer multiple revisions within seven (7) days after you download your images. Revisions cannot be requested after this period.

Revisions must align with the original instructions provided when placing your order. Any requests that deviate from the initial instructions will be treated as a new order.

Revisions should not contradict the original editing instructions. If a revision conflicts with the primary instructions, it will be considered a new order.

For bulk revision requests, please contact us immediately. We will only redo your order for minor edits or enhancements based on the original instructions.

Requests for significant changes or new instructions will be treated as a new order and adjusted on your invoice.

If you are dissatisfied with the final output, you may request a redo, but this applies only to images provided in JPG, PNG, or JPEG formats without layers.

13. Refund Policy

100% refund will be provided if you are unsatisfied with our work and can provide proper justification. In cases where you are not fully satisfied, a partial refund option is available. However, if the image raw files (e.g., .psd, .tif) are requested by you then the maximum refund amount will be limited to 30%.

14. Associate Partner

Payments or any other processes will be sometimes processed through Calif Business LLC on behalf of MB RetPix which is one of our DUBAI based partners though MB RetPix is the sole authority for resolving any claims or issues related to payment, pricing, or refunds. MB RetPix holds all the liabilities regarding payment and other issues. For any payment-related problems, please contact us at [email protected].
